Across AX30 can host two PCMCIA cellular PC cards. As a result the overall throughput is almost doubled. At the other side of the connection, AX-VPN is used to manage the incoming packets from two different channels, re-arranging them in the right sequence. The users at the two ends of the connection experiment a single high-rate data channel, that corresponds to two independent physical channels, cooperatively managed by AX30 and AX-VPN.
