Literature on processing of personal data

LITERATURE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ART. 13 OF THE LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003

Dear Customer/ Supplier,
In compliance with art.13 of the legislative decree 196/2003 (hereinafter T.U.) regarding personal data, even when acquired from third parties, of which Calearo Antenne S.p.a. will enter into possession, we wish to inform you of the following:

1. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
   The purpose of the data processing is only to precisely and completely fulfil any contractual, pre-contractual or commercial agreement and to keep you updated on possible promotional business in the future.
   
   
2. DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE
   The processing is carried out by means of the operations or the whole of operations indicated in art. 4 paragraph 1 letter a) T.U.: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, confrontation, use, interconnection, blockade, communication, cancellation and disclosure of data.
   The processing of personal data can be carried out with/without the use of electronic or, at all events, automated means.
   The processing is carried out by the controller and/or persons in charge of the processing that will operate under the direct authority of the controller and adhering to the instructions given in the ex art. 30 D. LGS. 196/2003.
   
   
3. CONFERRING DATA
   Conferring ordinary personal data is strictly necessary for the purpose of the fulfilment of the activities referred to in point 1.
   
   
4. REFUSAL OF CONFERRING DATA
   Any refusal by the individual to confer personal data as in point 3 will bring about the impossibility to fulfil the activities referred to in point 1.
   
   
5. COMUNICATION OF DATA
   During the handling process of the information, the following categories of people may become aware of such information internally or externally of the company for the sole purpose referred to in point 1, in particular to:
   
   • Agents for the agency assignment.
     
   • Agencies or specialist consultancies that investigate on commercial risks.
   
   
   
6. DISCLOSURE OF DATA
   The personal data is not subject to any disclosure.
   
   
7. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
   The personal data can be transferred abroad to EC countries and to non-EC member countries for the sole purpose referred to in point 1.
   
   
8. RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
   Art. 7 T.U confers the right to obtain, without delay, from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and the intelligible communication of such data and their source, as well as of the logic and the purposes underlying the processing; the erasure, blocking or transformation into an anonymous form of data which have been processed unlawfully, the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, completion of the data; object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data relating to him.
   
   
9. CONTROLLER OF THE PROCESSING
